Q2: Can I change the receiving address of the order?
We are happy to change the receiving address for you. If you need to change your receiving address, please contact our customer service personnel as soon as possible after ordering the goods and provide a new receiving address. Our customer service personnel will handle it for you, because we can only change your products before they are unpacked and shipped, so you need to contact us as soon as possible to change the address.
Q3: Can I cancel my orders?
Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:
1. Canceling an Unpaid Order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 1 day.
2. Canceling a Paid Order: If you haven't received the shipping notification email, you can Contact Us within 24 hours to cancel the order.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive. You may either keep it or return it for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package may be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
Q4: How do I make a return?
To start a return, please contact our customer service team to submit a return request with your order number and the reason to return. You will get authorization and reply email within 24 hours.
Q5: How long the shipping will take?
After you make an order, we need 1-3 business days for preparing the items and then send out. The shipping time will take 8-12 business days.
